CPU, Inc. is an authorized Fujitsu tape drive repair center, with factory-trained Fujitsu repair technicians and engineers on-site. Our technicians are qualified to service and repair all 3480, 3490, 3490E, and 3590 models... regardless of brand. Our technicians are also certified to service and repair AIT, DLT, 9-track, and 4mm DAT tape drives. All service is performed right here at our Mesa facility, and we do not rely on sub-contractors for parts or service. We keep all needed parts in stock so that our turn-around time is one of the fastest in the industry.

Temporary Replacement Drives
If needed, we will overnight-ship you a replacement tape drive to use while your unit is being repaired, so that you experience minimal down-time. Please mention this service to our technicians when you call or e-mail and arrangements can be made.
